Marketing Coordinator - FILLED
Staff Systems is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for an
established, professional company located in Kerrisdale. This position will
entail ongoing responsibilities in support of the company's marketing programs,
communications, franchise operations, corporate expansion, and corporate
marketing strategy.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee the production of the ads by the company's Desktop Publisher
Prepare confirmation agreements and follow up to ensure their completion
Maintain files and databases of transactions
Assist in the systematic dissemination of educational materials
Assist in integrating new offices into their system
Cover incoming calls when necessary
Administration of company marketing programs
Respond to enquiries from sales associates about company marketing
programs
Ongoing management of inventory company marketing materials (brochures,
branded items, etc)
Coordination of content and timing for internal communications (ie.
company newsletters, etc)
Administration of company events: Golf Tournament & Sales Conference
Qualification/Skills:
Preferably a University or College diploma, computer and design program
skills is a plus, minimum two years office experience in a similar field.
Attention to detail and able to work systematically to keep files
and information up to date; ability to absorb information
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional with good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve outstanding customer
service
Computer skills: Microsoft Office primarily Word and Excel, Power
Point; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Self-starter & able to work independently
Independent problem solver
Outgoing / Friendly
Excellent attention to detail
