Admin Assistant with Bookkeeping

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant with basic Bookkeeping for their client in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be personable, flexible and possess a can-do attitude.

Duties responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • reception (answering phones, mails/couriers)
  • ordering supplies
  • liaising with outside vendors
  • typing correspondence
  • scheduling and setting up of Board room
  • translation from Mandarin to English, as needed
  • other duties, as assigned

    Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of related experience
  • ability to multi-task
  • excellent Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • fluency in Mandarin is a definite asse
