Admin Assistant with Bookkeeping
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant with basic Bookkeeping for their client in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be personable, flexible and possess a can-do attitude.
Duties responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
reception (answering phones, mails/couriers)
ordering supplies
liaising with outside vendors
typing correspondence
scheduling and setting up of Board room
translation from Mandarin to English, as needed
other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
at least 3 years of related experience
ability to multi-task
excellent Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
fluency in Mandarin is a definite asse
