Brokers' Assistant with Experience in Graphic Design - FILLED
Staff Systems is currently recruiting an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist the Brokers in a commercial real estate company. The successful candidate will have had previous experience working in real estate and have strong skills in graphic design.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Typing, photocopying, scanning, and printing
- Word processing including mail merge process for form letters and labels
- Preparing Excel spreadsheets for financials
- Updating websites
- Electronic filing of documents
- Coordinating advertising
- Preparing marketing brochures
- Preparing proposals
- Downloading images from digital camera
- Taking telephone inquiries regarding sales opportunities
- Responding appropriately to email inquiries
- Maintaining contacts in Outlook
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience creating and designing marketing materials
- An ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
