Accounting Administrator - FILLED

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Accounting Administrator for our client in downtown Vancouver. This is a contract role to begin immediately and to end in May 2012. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have at least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day banking
  • Opening new bank accounts
  • Monthly bank reconciliation, corresponding with bank staff, filing of bank receipts
  • Filing tax returns
  • Processing cheques
  • Payroll
  • Managing all Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payments
  • Setting up credit card accounts if necessary
  • Term deposits
  • Other duties as required
