Restaurant General Manager

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for our client, a popular and reputable restaurant group in Vancouver.

 

The General Manager will be responsible for the continuous training of management and staff. Objectives include maintaining consistency of training manuals, processes, procedures and policies throughout the restaurant chains, managing day-to-day operations and understanding profit-loss statements for the restaurant. Experience in front-end and kitchen restaurant operations/management is a must.
